李三鸣，男，沈阳药科大学教授，博士生导师，辽宁省教学名师，山东省泰山学者，教育部化学课程教学指导委员会委员。兼任国家食品药品监督管理局新药评审专家、科技部重大新药创制评审专家、国家发改委项目论证专家、教育部专业设置和学位管理专家、国家中小企业创业基金评审专家、自然科学基金项目评审人、药学学报编委，人民卫生出版社《物理化学》，中国医药科技出版社《物理化学实验》主编。主持国家自然科学基金5项，科技部科技专项3项；获得各类新药证书20余项；获得省级科技进步二等奖1项、三等奖2项；在国内外学术期刊发表论文240余篇，其中SCI收载60余篇。主编和参编教材12部。主要从事药物新剂型及其释药机制的基础研究，同时进行新药研发工作。
